2. The ticket is valid only on the reserved date.

Please present your electronic ticket at the Wakasa Station ticket counter on the day of use to receive your ticket set. (Ticket counter hours: 06:00–19:00)

3. When accessing Wakasa Station from the Koge direction via Wakasa Railway:

Board the train without purchasing a ticket and ride directly to the final stop, Wakasa Station. (No getting off along the way on the outbound trip.) Upon arrival, show your electronic ticket to the conductor or driver, then promptly exchange it for your ticket set at the station counter.

Please note: The section Tottori Station – Koge Station is operated by JR Inbi Line, so a separate JR ticket is required. (One-way 240 yen)

4. Adult and child fares are the same.

For preschool children: Up to two preschool children per adult holding a free pass may ride the Wakasa Railway for free. A third child and beyond requires a separate child ticket. Admission to the paid area of Wakasa Station is free for elementary school students and younger.

5. Café Retro is closed on Tuesdays.

Please note that the café may be crowded at certain times. We recommend planning your schedule with enough time to spare.

6. In case of suspension of Wakasa Railway service or temporary closure of Café Retro due to bad weather, a full refund will be issued if the ticket set has not yet been exchanged. (Partial refunds, such as for the meal coupon only, are not available.)

If this occurs, please purchase regular one-day free passes or other tickets directly at the station or café.
